Curtis brings over 25 years of experience in helping the world’s leading brands and technology companies acquire, grow, and retain their customer relationships across all engagement channels delivering over $1B in tangible results.

Working with company leaders, Curtis has been able to transform aspirational goals into reality for brands like American Express, AT&T, Apple, Cigna, Disney, DHL, Equifax, Express Scripts, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Kaplan Education, and Voya. Curtis operates from the top down to provide complementary strategies that leverage market-leading solutions from hybrid to cloud and emphasize large-scale transformations.

Curtis recently completed an end-to-end customer engagement build at a Dallas-based FinTech startup (Glorifi). In just 100 days, he orchestrated a mobile/web and omnichannel customer engagement solution by Genesys with conversational AI powered by Syndeo and Google — inclusive of AiAdvertising’s Campaign Performance Platform, Campaign Nucleus, and a foundation of Microsoft Dynamics.

Curtis provides advisory services to Genesys, Afiniti, Intellesys, Avant, Microsoft, Nice InContact, Five 9, and TalkDesk. In addition to his work with an incubation funding program with the country’s top investors, Curtis is also a board member of Softech Partners.
